1976
February 4th
Tadashi Hoshino founded Hoshino Co., Ltd., a knit fabric wholesaler, in Yokokawa, Sumida Ward, Tokyo.
1988
April 1st
The head office is relocated to Taihei, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, and the apparel division is launched.
1992
April 1st
Shigeru Hoshino becomes Representative Director, and Tadashi Hoshino becomes Chairman of the Board.
1994
July 20
As the business expands, the head office is moved to a four-story building in Honjo, Sumida-ku, Tokyo.
2008
January 15
