Pattern Making
We have experienced pattern makers who understand the characteristics of cut and sewn materials. They
create patterns while sharing knowledge with experienced technicians. Sometimes they visit clients and meet with designers.
STEP 04
Sample Creation
Our staff will try on the items repeatedly to improve the quality so that the sample matches your image. Samples are sewn in a factory that is suited to the item so that there will be no difference from mass production.

STEP 01
Cutting
In order to avoid putting tension on the material, we understand the characteristics of the material, separate it into parts, and send it to the next process.
STEP 02
Sewing
Our skilled craftsmen carefully sew the products. We use different types of sewing machines depending on the product, and sometimes we make suggestions on the best sewing method for the part.
STEP 03
press
After thoroughly removing any lint, the fabric is finished with an industrial iron to give it a nice texture. The factory manager inspects the fabric for quality, bags it in the best condition, and packs it by lot.
STEP 04
shipping
We ship inspected finished products according to the delivery date.
